At Bourne Community College, we provide a broad and balanced curriculum and work hard to ensure that students are able to be present in school to benefit from this. Whilst our focus is very much on providing remote resources as an addition to enhance learning for students attending school, these resources are also useful as a means by which students who are unable to attend on a short-term basis can access learning if they feel able to.
Examples of reasons why a student may find access to remote learning helpful may include:-
- recovering from short-term infectious illnesses
- preparing for or recovering from some operations
- recovering from injuries where attendance might inhibit recovery
