Dear Parents & Carers
It is with regret that I have to advise you that we have an additional confirmed positive case of Covid-19 at the school in Year 10. However all Year 10 students are working at home and have been since last Wednesday.
We have therefore initiated Track & Trace again this morning and identified students who were in close contact with the additional case and they have been contacted as they will need to self-isolate.
I would like to remind you that it is very important that you keep your child at home if they are unwell or display any symptoms and also to keep them at home if they are waiting for a test result.
Please keep the school informed immediately, including during the Christmas break, if your child has a positive test result as we are required to assist with Track & Trace. Please email office@bourne.org.uk
As a reminder, we have an Inset Day on Monday 4 January 2021 and the students return on Tuesday 5 January 2021.
