The friends of bourne
Dare to Dream is an inspirational programme challenging young people to change the way they think. Working with local influencers and businesses including Rolls Royce, they are working with Bourne Community College to give 60 Year 9 students the confidence they need to fulfil their potential. Using themes of self-awareness, mindset, gratitude, resilience, teamwork and employability, local radio celebrity Jack the Lad and Rolls Royce mentors used their own experiences and extensive knowledge to drive and motivate the Year 9 students. We are hoping that we can organise for a few lucky students to take a trip to the Rolls Royce factory later this year.
